We are aware that there are those with sensitive skin who will break out or develop a rash even when using hypoallergenic products. If you are prone to sensitive skin, try soap on a small section of skin and evaluate for redness, rash, or irritation…discontinue use if any of these symptoms appear. Some essential oils and natural ingredients may irritate sensitive skin.
Terms of Purchase (vendor/online/third party vendors)
By purchasing one of our products, you agree to abide by our recommendation of testing the soap on a small patch of skin first before full body use. Because everyone’s skin and reactions are unique to the individual, you agree to hold Free Dazzling Designer Soaps LLC, employees, and affiliates free from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of use of our products including any loss, damage, injury or death.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the aggregate liability exceed the amounts actually paid by you for the products purchased in the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim. In no event shall either party be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind (including loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage) arising out of use of this site including but not limited to the use or inability to use the site or for any content obtained from or through the site, any interruption, inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause in any information contained herein, even if the party from which damages are being sought have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders within the 50 United States are shipped via USPS. Orders are packaged within 3-5 business days. Most packages usually arrive within 6-to 8 business days of order completion. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required to ensure timely delivery.
Customer is responsible for tracking packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office. If they cannot locate the package, please contact us. You must contact us within 3 days of your package being marked delivered..
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped via USPS priority or first class.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
